Walnut Rice With Poppy Seed Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup light coconut milk
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup broccoli (steamed)
- 2 1/2 ounces walnuts
- 5 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
Recipe
- 1 cook rice in water, coconut milk, orange juice, and milk. mix in broccoli and walnuts when done.
- 2 combine other 8 ingredients together in a pot over medium heat and stir constantly until thick.
- 3 pour sauce over rice and serve.
