Tvp Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup textured vegetable protein
- 1 cup bulgar wheat
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 (1/16 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- herbs or spices, of your choice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 place tvp, bulgur, oatmeal and soup mix in a large bowl.
- 3 add boiling water. stir well. set aside.
- 4 chop pepper and garlic.
- 5 add all ingredients except ketchup to the mixture. let sit a few minutes.
- 6 spray a large pan with pam.
- 7 fold mixture into the pan and around edges.
- 8 brush with ketchup.
- 9 bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
