Wheat Free Vegan Sausages

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 500 g black-eyed peas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/4 cups quinoa flour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  • 2 roll mixture into 8 even sausage shapes and roll in foil, twisting the ends to seal.
  • 3 place in a steamer, or equivalent, and steam on medium-high for 30-35 mins and then either bake, fry, barbecue etc.
