Ingredients

- 100 g wild rice
- 1/3 cup long-grain rice
- 2 green shallots, sliced
- 1 red capsicum, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 cook the wild rice according to the packet instructions.
- 2 add rice to a pan of boiling water, boil rapidly, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until just tender, drain.
- 3 combine both rices with shallots and red capsicum.
