Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups cooked wild rice, chilled
  • 2 red apples, diced (do not peel)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peanuts

Recipe

  • 1 toss diced apples with lemon juice and brown sugar.
  • 2 stir in celery and wild rice.
  • 3 blend mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth, mix all together.
  • 4 add peanuts just before serving.
