Ingredients
- 3/4 cup egg
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
- 1 medium banana, ripe
- 1 dash cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into a blender and puree.
- 2 add any optional ingredients.
- 3 pour into a hot pan.
- 4 cook until golden, flip , then continue cooking until other side is golden as well.
- 5 check to see if cooked all the way though
- 6 (smaller pancakes are easier to flip).
