Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda
- 200 g natural yoghurt
- 1 cup natural bran
Recipe
- 1 combine oil, sugar, egg.
- 2 sift in flour and soda.
- 3 add yoghurt and bran.
- 4 cook 15-20 mins 180 degrees celcius.
