Yogi Muesli

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup rye flakes
- 1 cup almonds
- 3/4-1 cup raisins (i mix thompson's and golden raisins)
- 1 cup dried dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cups unsweetened apple juice (not from concentrate) or 4 cups apple cider
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except apple juice in a bowl and mix well.
- 2 store this in an airtight container and scoop some out the night before you want it.
- 3 for each serving use: heaped 1/2 cup dry muesli and 1/3 cup juice.
- 4 mix in a container with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- 5 enjoy in the morning- preferably to complement a yoga practice (yoga nut here) it just may help you become enlightened :-).
