Sausage, Tomato, And Spinach Fettuccine

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 9 ounces fresh fettuccine (refrigerated or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 links turkey sausage, casings removed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon aleppo pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 0.5 (9 ounce) bag baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley (fresh)
  • shaved romano cheese or parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large skillet on med-hi. cook sausage about 5 minuted or until browned, crumbled to bite size.
  • 2 add garlic wait 1 minute and add salt, peppers and tomatoes. cook 10 minutes.
  • 3 add spinach and cover to wilt.
  • 4 prepare fettuccine according to package directions.
  • 5 serve sauce atop pasta and sprinkle with shaved cheese of choice.
