Sausage, Tomato, And Spinach Fettuccine

Ingredients

- 9 ounces fresh fettuccine (refrigerated or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 links turkey sausage, casings removed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon aleppo pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 0.5 (9 ounce) bag baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley (fresh)
- shaved romano cheese or parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large skillet on med-hi. cook sausage about 5 minuted or until browned, crumbled to bite size.
- 2 add garlic wait 1 minute and add salt, peppers and tomatoes. cook 10 minutes.
- 3 add spinach and cover to wilt.
- 4 prepare fettuccine according to package directions.
- 5 serve sauce atop pasta and sprinkle with shaved cheese of choice.
