Tvp Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup textured vegetable protein
  • 1 cup bulgar wheat
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 (1/16 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • herbs or spices, of your choice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 place tvp, bulgur, oatmeal and soup mix in a large bowl.
  • 3 add boiling water. stir well. set aside.
  • 4 chop pepper and garlic.
  • 5 add all ingredients except ketchup to the mixture. let sit a few minutes.
  • 6 spray a large pan with pam.
  • 7 fold mixture into the pan and around edges.
  • 8 brush with ketchup.
  • 9 bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
