Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup textured soy protein granules
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, add the whole can of tomatoes. add two cups of water and bring to a boil.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
- 3 stir constantly and add more water as needed.
