Wheat Free Vegan Sausages

Ingredients
- 500 g black-eyed peas, mashed
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/4 cups quinoa flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients until well combined.
- 2 roll mixture into 8 even sausage shapes and roll in foil, twisting the ends to seal.
- 3 place in a steamer, or equivalent, and steam on medium-high for 30-35 mins and then either bake, fry, barbecue etc.
