Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons salad oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients together, including nonfat dry milk.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 for lighter waffles, separate eggs.
- 4 beat egg whites and carefully fold into batter.
