Wild Rice Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 6 ounces long grain and wild rice blend
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 lb chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons onions
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all and allow to chill for 48 hours for best flavor.
