- 2 red apples, diced (do not peel)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 1/2 cup peanuts
Recipe
- 1 toss diced apples with lemon juice and brown sugar.
- 2 stir in celery and wild rice.
- 3 blend mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth, mix all together.
- 4 add peanuts just before serving.
