World’s Healthiest Pancakes

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup egg
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 1 medium banana, ripe
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients into a blender and puree.
  • 2 add any optional ingredients.
  • 3 pour into a hot pan.
  • 4 cook until golden, flip , then continue cooking until other side is golden as well.
  • 5 check to see if cooked all the way though
  • 6 (smaller pancakes are easier to flip).
