slow cooker italian spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
  • 2 (29 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • stir tomato juice, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, basil, and pepper together in a slow cooker.
  • cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
