dandelion pesto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups dandelion greens
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • salt to taste (optional)
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)

  • place dandelion greens, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor; blend until smooth. season with salt and red pepper flakes.
