Tomato Macaroni Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • in a large saucepan combine cooked macaroni, milk, margarine and salt and pepper. then stir in tomatoes. cook over medium heat until quite hot.
