Sweet & Sour Lamb

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb, cut into chunks
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 -3 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb in a little hot fat.
  • 2 drain pineapple juice; reserve.
  • 3 combine sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and vinegar.
  • 4 add to juice.
  • 5 add to lamb and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. add pineapple, onions,and pepper.
