Spanish Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, uncooked
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3 knorr chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan saute rice and onion in cooking oil until golden brown.
  • 2 pour in tomato sauce and 4 cans of water.
  • 3 add bouillons, stir until boiling, lower the heat and cover until done, about 20 minutes.
