- 1 1/2 cups rice, uncooked
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 knorr chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan saute rice and onion in cooking oil until golden brown.
- 2 pour in tomato sauce and 4 cans of water.
- 3 add bouillons, stir until boiling, lower the heat and cover until done, about 20 minutes.
