- 1 lb penne rigate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles according to directions on box.
- 2 drain.
- 3 in a casserole dish, toss pasta with butter, then add cheeses.
- 4 stir in cream.
- 5 bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
