Three Herb Pesto With Walnuts

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh dill
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
- 1/2 cup pasta cooking liquid
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti, warm
Recipe
- 1 finely chop the herbs, walnuts and garlic in a food processor.
- 2 with motor running, gradually add the olive oil. add the cheese.
- 3 remove 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking liquid before draining the pasta.
- 4 toss hot pasta with the sauce and reserved liquid. serve.
