Tarragon Chicken With Linguine

Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 6 ounces linguini pasta
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
Recipe
- 1 cut the chicken into bite sized strips. set aside.
- 2 cook the pasta according to package directions. drain and set aside.
- 3 in a large frying pan over medium heat, bring the stock to a simmer.
- 4 add the chicken and cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 5 add the mushrooms, carrots, onions, parsley and tarragon. cook until the chicken is tender, about 5 minutes.
- 6 add the linguini to the pan.
- 7 toss to combine. heat until everything is heated through.
