Tortellini In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 400 g mushrooms (plain or mix of different types)
- 200 g cream
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 kg tortellini
- salt
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil in a frying-pan to medium heat.
- 2 add the garlic and sautee for 1 minute or until gold-brown.
- 3 add the mushroom and leave at medium fire for 20 minutes.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 reserve 1/4 of the mixture and process the rest along with the cream.
- 6 if it gets too thick, add some milk.
- 7 while the mushrooms are being cooked, boil water with a drop of olive oil and salt.
- 8 boil tortellini according to package directions.
- 9 dry the tortellini and add butter.
- 10 just before serve, heat the sauce, mix with the tortellini, and add some of the reserved mushrooms on top.
