Tortellini With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 (9 ounce) pkge. cheese tortellini, cooked
• 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with herbs
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Recipe

• 1 cook mushrooms in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
• 2 stir in undrained diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic powder. bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered 5 minutes.
• 3 spoon over pasta.
