Ingredients
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 teaspoon mexican chili powder
- 1 -2 garlic clove
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 if cooking on the stove, first brown rice in pan with oil. then place all ingredients in pan and simmer till liquid is gone.
- 2 if using rice cooker, put all ingredients in cooker and start.
