Tarragon Chicken With Linguine

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 6 ounces linguini noodles
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

Recipe

  • 1 cut the chicken into bite sized strips. set aside.
  • 2 cook the pasta according to package directions. drain and set aside.
  • 3 in a large frying pan over medium heat, bring the stock to a simmer.
  • 4 add the chicken and cook for 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • 5 add the mushrooms, carrots, onions, parsley and tarragon. cook until the chicken is tender, about 5 minutes.
  • 6 add the linguini to the pan.
  • 7 toss to combine. heat until everything is heated through.
