Spanish Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 3 teaspoons knorr's tomato bouillon (with chicken) or 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce with 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (or to taste)
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil.
- 2 add rice and stir until light, golden brown.
- 3 add water, carefully.
- 4 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 5 cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
- 6 remove from heat and stir lightly.
- 7 cover and let sit 5-10 minutes.
- 8 fluff with fork.
