Spanish Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 teaspoons knorr's tomato bouillon (with chicken) or 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce with 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (or to taste)
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil.
  • 2 add rice and stir until light, golden brown.
  • 3 add water, carefully.
  • 4 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 5 cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  • 6 remove from heat and stir lightly.
  • 7 cover and let sit 5-10 minutes.
  • 8 fluff with fork.
