Trifle Pudding!

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 sponge cake
  • 4 tablespoons custard powder
  • 1 packet strawberry jelly
  • 6 tablespoons cream
  • 1 liter milk
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Recipe

  • 1 boil the milk, add custard powder, vanilla essence and sugar.
  • 2 cook for two minutes.
  • 3 leave aside to cool.
  • 4 prepare jelly as pre the instructions and leave aside to cool.
  • 5 cut the cake into two parts and set it in the casserole.
  • 6 pour the custard and the jelly over the cake.
  • 7 put it in the fridge for half an hour.
  • 8 then remove it and spread the cream over it.
  • 9 serve chilled!
  • 10 decorate with canned fruits (as per desire).
  • 11 note: the jelly should be in a liquid state in the step no.4
