Sweet And Spicy Pineapple Fried Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil over medium low heat, add garlic, ginger and red pepper.
  • 2 cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  • 3 increase heat to medium high and add rice and soy sauce.
  • 4 cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
  • 5 add pineapple, stir and heat through.
  • 6 garnish with sliced green onions over the top and serve.
