Sweet And Spicy Pineapple Fried Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
Recipe
- 1 heat oil over medium low heat, add garlic, ginger and red pepper.
- 2 cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- 3 increase heat to medium high and add rice and soy sauce.
- 4 cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- 5 add pineapple, stir and heat through.
- 6 garnish with sliced green onions over the top and serve.
