Ww Chicken Pasta Salad

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups small seashell macaroni, cooked without salt and oil
  • 3 cups small fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 3/4 cups trimmed fresh snow peas
  • 1 2/3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, strips
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
  • 2 combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
  • 3 pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss gentle.
  • 4 cover and chill at least 2 hours.
