Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups small seashell macaroni, cooked without salt and oil
- 3 cups small fresh broccoli florets
- 1 3/4 cups trimmed fresh snow peas
- 1 2/3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup red bell pepper, strips
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
- 2 combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
- 3 pour dressing over pasta mixture; toss gentle.
- 4 cover and chill at least 2 hours.
