Yogurt Crust/ Pastry

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 400 g self-raising flour
  • 300 ml plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the centre and add the yogurt. mix with your hands or a fork until the dough forms a ball.
  • 2 cover the dougnh in plastic wrap and in a refregirator for half an hour before using.
