Turkey Stir-fry Supper

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 14
  • 2 1/4 lbs boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup uncooked rice
  • 29 ounces chicken broth
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 lb carrot, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (14 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained

Recipe

  • 1 cut turkey into 2-inch strips.
  • 2 in a wok, stir-fry turkey in bathes in oil for 5-7 minutes.
