Tomato And Whisky Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs plum tomatoes or 2 lbs roma tomatoes
  • 3 -4 ounces blended scotch whisky
  • 3 -4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 chop the tomatoes and place in a saucepan with the other ingredients.
  • 2 simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 3 store refrigerated.
