Turkey Chili Macaroni

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 7 ounces uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 1/2 cups fat free chicken broth
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley

Recipe

  • 1 saute turkey, drain and save juices.
  • 2 return to pan and add chicken broth. bring to a boil.
  • 3 add macaroni and simmer for 10 minutes, stir often until broth is almost absorbed. stir in all remaining ingredients. except 2 tablespoons of cheese and parsley.
  • 4 simmer 10 minutes.
  • 5 transfer to casserole dish if desired and sprinkle cheese and parsley on top.
