Turkey Chili Macaroni

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 7 ounces uncooked macaroni noodles
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 2 1/2 cups fat free chicken broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley
Recipe
- 1 saute turkey, drain and save juices.
- 2 return to pan and add chicken broth. bring to a boil.
- 3 add macaroni and simmer for 10 minutes, stir often until broth is almost absorbed. stir in all remaining ingredients. except 2 tablespoons of cheese and parsley.
- 4 simmer 10 minutes.
- 5 transfer to casserole dish if desired and sprinkle cheese and parsley on top.
