Working Mom's Stuffed Shells Florentine

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (9 ounce) box frozen creamed spinach
  • 2 (20 ounce) bags frozen cheese-stuffed shells
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 defrost/thaw spinach (microwave on high x4 minutes).
  • 3 spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 4 place shells in dish, filling side up.
  • 5 mix pasta sauce with spinach, pour over shells.
  • 6 sprinkle with cheese, then cover dish with foil.
  • 7 bake 50 minutes, remove foil, bake additional 10 minutes to brown cheese.
