Working Mom's Stuffed Shells Florentine

Ingredients

- 1 (9 ounce) box frozen creamed spinach
- 2 (20 ounce) bags frozen cheese-stuffed shells
- 1 (26 ounce) jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 defrost/thaw spinach (microwave on high x4 minutes).
- 3 spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 4 place shells in dish, filling side up.
- 5 mix pasta sauce with spinach, pour over shells.
- 6 sprinkle with cheese, then cover dish with foil.
- 7 bake 50 minutes, remove foil, bake additional 10 minutes to brown cheese.
