Sweet Crunchy Muggy Moopla

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds (or other crunchy snutty things)
  • 1/4 cup raisins (or other dry squishy fruits)

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice according to instructions mix all ingredients eat a small portion, this is powerful stuff!
  • 2 eat some more eat a little bit more go play.
