- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup raw almonds (or other crunchy snutty things)
- 1/4 cup raisins (or other dry squishy fruits)
Recipe
- 1 cook rice according to instructions mix all ingredients eat a small portion, this is powerful stuff!
