Thin-crust Pizza Dough

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 of a standard 1/4 oz. packet yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups bread flour or 2 cups pizza flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil, vegetable oil, etc.)

Recipe

  • 1 mix sugar, milk, and water in microwavable bowl. heat to fairly warm but not hot temperature. stir in yeast and let sit for a few minutes till it foams up. combine with rest of ingredients, kneading in extra flour as needed if it's too pasty. let dough rise in a warm place for an hour or so.
  • 2 spread it out on a greased pan, bake for 10 minutes, remove. throw on your favorite pizza sauce (or try my "super-easy but tasty pizza sauce" on this website), an 8 oz. package of shredded cheese, and optionally any other toppings. for a more healthy meatless pizza, slice up black olives for an extra topping; it's good! bake for another 10 minutes or until done.
