Tortellini Pesto Primavera

Ingredients

- 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, stir-fry mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta and veggies in three quarts water 5-7 minutes or until tender.
- 2 drain and return to pan.
- 3 combine sour cream, pesto and salt.
- 4 add to pasta mixture.
- 5 sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper.
- 6 serve immediately.
- 7 best served with toasted pita wedges.
