Tortellini Pesto Primavera

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli, stir-fry mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta and veggies in three quarts water 5-7 minutes or until tender.
  • 2 drain and return to pan.
  • 3 combine sour cream, pesto and salt.
  • 4 add to pasta mixture.
  • 5 sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper.
  • 6 serve immediately.
  • 7 best served with toasted pita wedges.
