Tortellini In Tomato & Anchovy Cream

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can italian plum tomatoes, cut
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 lb cheese-filled tortellini
Recipe
- 1 heat cream in medium saucepan, over medium heat until reduced to 1 cup.
- 2 in another saucepan heat tomatoes, stir and mash tomatoes until liquid cooks off.
- 3 stir in anchovy paste to tomatoes.
- 4 slowly add cream to tomato mixture.
- 5 season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 cook tortellini using package directions.
- 7 serve sauce over pasta.
