Surimi Snack

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (shells are good)
  • 1 cup diced surimi (i like crab flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix it all together.
