Wild Salmon With Broccoli And Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 wild salmon fillets
  • 20 baby potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place salmon in a baking dish with garlic and wine and season with black pepper. cover with foil and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  • 2 steam the potatoes and the brocolli.
  • 3 take the salmon out of the baking dish and cut roughly into 2 inch cubes. stir together the salmon with the potatoes and brocolli in a large bowl, with the creme fraiche and serve immediately in pasta bowls.
