Wild Rice, Orzo And Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 8 cups mushrooms, sliced (either or mixed)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook orzo according to package directions. cook the wild rice in the broth according to package directions.
- 2 saute mushrooms in oil and butter and cook until liquid has almost evaporated.
- 3 add mushrooms and parsley to rice and orzo. mix well,
- 4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
