Worry Free Oven Rice

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 can mushroom, including juice
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 -2 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 cups boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350.
  • 2 depending what mood i am in i may just use the water and parsley, omitting the oil and soy sauce.
