Swiss Chicken Quiche

Ingredients

• 9 inches unbaked pastry shells
• 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or 2 cups turkey
• 4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon wyler's chicken flavored instant bouillon or 1 tablespoon steero chicken flavored instant bouillon
• 1 cup borden milk or 1 cup meadow gold milk
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers
• 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 425. bake pastry shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. reduce oven temperature to 350.
• 2 meanwhile, in medium bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients. mix well. pour into prepared pastry shell. bake 40-45 minutes or until set. let stand 10 minutes before serving. refrigerate leftovers.
