- 4 cups penne or 4 cups rotini pasta
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped very small
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to directions.
- 2 drain pasta and then add the zucchini and garlic. stir well to mix. add the cheese and stir until melted.
