Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 lb penne rigate, freshly cooked to tender, rinsed under cold water, and drained
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh lemon zest
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
Recipe
- 1 whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
- 3 season with salt and pepper. serve at room temperature.
