Warm Honey Oats

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2-3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pear
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 dash ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to a boil; add oats and pear. reduce heat and cook oats according to package directions.
  • 2 top with flaxseeds, ginger and honey.
