Ingredients

- 1/2-3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pear
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 dash ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons honey
Recipe
- 1 bring water to a boil; add oats and pear. reduce heat and cook oats according to package directions.
- 2 top with flaxseeds, ginger and honey.
